ABV: 53%, Non-filtered, Cradle Mountain spring water. Sol Lahra barrel influenced by New Oak, a heavy charr and delicately smoked Macquarie barley.
TASTING NOTES:
NOSE: Toasted marshmallows, lemon myrtle, maple syrup oatmeal, custard cream cookies, stewed rhubarb and strawberries.
A thoughtful whisky. Enjoy.
PALATE: Pepper berry, lemon, eucalypt and delicately spiced with smoked cherry wood ash.
FINISH: Long playful pepper bite on the tongue, sensual and forgiving ash notes with eucalyptus menthol.
