TASTING NOTES:
NOSE: Opens with wild alpine flowers and fresh leaves of ancient Fagus trees. Freshly sawn oak stumps while the sap is flowing.
PALATE: Gingernut biscuits dipped in cardamon tea with a spoon of meadow honey.
FINISH: Meadow honey, cinnamon, a little kick of lemon juice. A delicious whisky on a sunny afternoon alpine trail.
