TASTING NOTES:
NOSE: Opens with apple pie, stewed figs and dried apricots. An alpine forest in the morning with back notes of persimmon and tangerines.
PALATE: Apricot, blood red orange, tangerine, lemon and black pepper bite, vanilla custard with an oat biscuit crumb.
FINISH: Tasmanian spicey pepper berries, with a long mandarin rind finish with a whiff of Habana cigar.
